Cool yuanti… Naga generally have no arms, or those that do are still completely reptilian often including scaly faces, though some have a human-is appearing face with scales minimised. Yuanti are a mammaloid torso spliced to a herp abdomen and tail; one or more pairs of arms and scale-less upper torso, arms, and face are standard. Being construct breeds, they are often built to respond to sexual offers from both human and herp partners…
Don’t read much….do you? The author stated the reasoning why he prefers his creature be called a naga. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a naga unless otherwise stated by the creator.
AAAIEEEE SNAKEEEEEE *glomptackles the naga or whatever. A snake by any other name is still just as scaly, legless, gorgeous and loved by an insane Katsu*
Oh man, I can’t wait to meet this one. <3 So much squealing will be had. Be glad you will most likely not hear it. (I barely managed to muffle it tonight considering it's nice and others are asleep, but that doesn't mean I didn't just go "AEEE" in a hoarse happy whisper.)
And I LOVE that staff. Not as much as I love the naga/snakeman/who-the-crap-cares-when-vampires-sparkle-these-days.
He’s a naga. The word “yuanti” belongs to Dungeons & Dragons, and is something I consider their intellectual property. The term naga, however, is a part of mythology and isn’t bound by messy copyright laws. There’s also the wonderful freedom of artistic license.
I’ve always wondered why people get their knickers in twisted knots over nagas/lamias/yuanti. To quote my friend, what are they going to do if we call them the wrong name? Slither out of their mythical marshes and bite us? XD
I learned them as Nagas first, so that’s what I call them. (Easier to say and type.) And if people want to get on your case about your naga having two arms, throw them my way, I have a four-armed naga mechanic. (If two arms are bad, what’re they going to do if they see double the limbs? XD)

I glad you like him. I can’t wait to get to this part of the story. He’s going to be fun to see in action!

Must be nice to not have to wear any clothes. Convenient snake tail, huh?
