Terrible indeed. No gift shop at the end. Was hoping to get Noni plushy and a shirt that says something along the lines of “I just took the tour of Oubiette Castle and survived!”

Um… why do Jacklyn’s glasses keep disappearing?
She took them off on page 7 of this chapter. They, like her hat, I assumed phased away. But I’m sure she can poof them back if she so chose to. I guess we’ll have to wait for “word of god” on that one.

by it looks, noni look like a he, but some of it’s way to do things suggest it’s a she.

She’s both, but she usually refers to herself as female.

I can only wonder if the castle has “forbidden” chambers and the like. If there is…part of me also wonders how long the “good” and “honest” monsters can stay out.
I’m reminded of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
“The castle is your home now so you can go anywhere you like – except the west wing.”
“What’s in the west wing?”
“It’s forbidden!”
I just watched that movie for the first time last night, funny you should mention that.
“Be… our… guest! Be our guest! Put our service to the test!”
But… what was with Lumiere and the french maid duster making out behind the curtain? That was… unusual for a kids movie.
Noni skipping off down the corridor at the end of the tour is pure win.
Pepper: “Wait, only one bathroom?”
Noni: “That was why the college got shut down…especially after the ‘restroom line murders.’”
I don’t think Jacklyn, Bo and Luke needs to go to the bathroom.
