The Voting Things
I see nothing wrong and/or sinister in this picture, except that the “Mad” Scientist’s privacy is being violated by an overly-curious Ghost. On a side note, he keeps a clean and spacey workspace, unlike most Scientists of the “Mad” persuasion.
Helps having a castle the4 size of an industrial park. Also, for some reason, this scene made me think of Gene Wilder in “Young Frankenstein” saying “That’s pronounced Frahnk-N-Steen.”

In a way, the top panel reminds me of Jenova from FF7. I love it.
