I love her flowy, floaty hair so much. Especially on this page.
There’s going to be plenty more flowing hair coming up. I tend to zone out when drawing and shading it.
I don’t think shes buying it
I’m trying to figure out why I like Noni… I think it’s the eyes, mouth, ears, general shape of the face, hands, and general attitude of “Yeah, I’m pretty much super-cool and unique. nbd.”
Where did you get the idea for her?
She’s one of those characters that evolved from a goofy sketch, then snowballed from there. Most of my characters begin as random sketches that take on a life of their own.
I ADORE your shading. I can say adore, right?
I love the word “adore”. Not many people use it and they should.
Noni: “You messed with the paraphysicists, didn’t you?”
Jacqueline: “You’d think that after their work got published in serious scientific journals, I wouldn’t be such a big deal, but nooooooo…”
Pepper: “Look, the world is still reeling from the global Stephanie Meyer riots, I have to tazer half the goths I run across. The point is…there’s a lot of damage control to do.”

I think she’s joking. ‘Cause she’s a cook. Like a witty seamstress who loves her work telling you she’s the goddess of cotton or something.
