I really like the dress design, but it seems like it will be hard to draw over and over.
Medusa, right?
That would be a specific sister, they were called gorgons.
But that’s totally my guess too, nobody can make dreadlocks that evenly.

She gives off a “bride of Frankenstein” feel
I’m guessing this just a new character that will be appear at some point in the future.
Is she a ghoul maybe?
So far people think… Medusa or one of her sister. Banshee. Or Ghoul.

“Pretty in Pastel”? Does she like come to life from one of the castle paintings or something?
