This marks the end of Chapter 1. π΅ Yeah, I missed my planned posting date by well over a month. Sorry about that.
The total time creating this update was 43 hours. And since I wanted to get this completed and posted before the end of May, I focused solely on this update instead of the main comic.
Now that all is said and done for this chapter, I will be reevaluating how I make this comic going forward. I think my first area to ax will be the shading on the characters. I’ll keep a few highlights (eyes and hair) for now, but adding shadows has gobbled up a lot of my time. I want to comfortably post an update once a month, and as Chapter 1 progressed, it was more like once every two months. Also, Meg’s tail is the most intricately designed one, and I was having a hard time replicating it from every angle. I only have myself to blame. I wanted “eye-catching” when I initial came up with the design.
Switching gears once more, I’ll be focusing on the final pages for Chapter 12 of the main comic.

Want to support this comic and my other creative adventures? Splashing me a vote on Top Webcomics helps. Also, something as small as a $1 a month on Patreon goes a long way, or you can also join for free. (I post free things there at least once a month [images and brushes].) Oh! Do you use GlobalComix? My comics are also posted there, as well. What else, what else… Ko-fi! Yet another place I post art on, with some sketches I don’t post anywhere else. It’s also another place I use to house my free brushes. That’s all I can think of for now. β¨
