(Pepper’s name is taken from two sources; white pepper and paprika. Another bit of trivia, in Bram Stoker’s “Dracula”, before Jonathan Harker reaches the castle, he eats a dish of “Paprika Hendl” at Hotel Royale, and goes on in his journal about getting the recipe for Mina.
