Page 13 – The Courtyard
The page is a little late today. I was out of town all week in Dallas and got home a few hours ago. This page took me over a week to complete. It doesn’t seem like much, but backgrounds are boring to me and take up most of my time. With all of the backgrounds in the recent pages, and the fact I have been busy with other things lately, my buffer has shrank to a mere four pages. *gulp* The pressure is on to work faster. I did think about postponing this week’s update to buy more time, but I didn’t like the thought of missing an update.
In other news, I’ve been participating in MAX over at Comicadia. Back when I started posting my comic, before I had a domain, I was apart of the community on (the now defunct) Comic Dish. MAX (Multi-Artist Exchange) was part of Comic Dish. Now that MAX has been revived over at Comicadia, I decided to take part once more. Think of Secret Santa, but with artists and their characters. Each month names are swapped and art is created. The art is released for all to see at the end of the round. It’s really fun and a nice way to get art from others. *nod-nod*
