Monster Soup

Apparently Jacklyn thinks her brother was Indiana Jones.

There was something I’d been thinking about this past week: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? For me it would be pepperoni rolls. Not the frozen box ones you get at the store. These are homemade rolls stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Growing up in southern West Virginia, pepperoni rolls were something that my mom would make for special occasions, usually long road trips. The pepperoni roll does have an interesting origin story and history. I guess it’s interesting to me since I love them so much. :D
