Lilith name drop!

Every six months or so, I have a doctor’s appointment. This time it’s with my radiologist on Thursday. These appointments are usually uneventful, but there’s that ever-present voice in the back of my mind… *deep-breath*

In other news, living here in east Texas, there’s so many pipelines, old and new. There happens to be a pipeline along side the property where I live, and it had a leak last year. (It’s natural gas, as far as I know.) Back in December, I noticed a strong chemical-like odor. It would come and go. Last night, however, after a heavy rainstorm, there was an obvious hissing/whistling coming from the ground. After a while of trying to get someone on the phone about it, I was assured that someone would be coming out to inspect it. About an hour ago, a crew was out there patching the leak. And since this is an old, unused line, they’re coming out again next week to cap off the line. So no more leaks? I hope so. I can look out the window from my desk and see the buried pipeline. That’s how close it is to the house. It will be nice not worrying about that thing any longer. My only other worry now is the tree leaning at the other end of the house, the one that looks like it will uproot itself any day. πŸ˜‘

✨ Welcome to all the new patrons on Patreon! ✨

I finally hit the 100 paid patron mark, but in the back of my mind, I know it won’t stay at the number for long. As I’ve mentioned before, the ebb and flow of Patreon is to be expected. I celebrated the $300/month goal last year with an image, but went down to $280 over the year. Though it recently went back over $300, I realized that the $400+ milestone may never happen. So with that in mind, I may focus on a 100 paid patron milestone image this time. πŸ€”
