Page 16 – A Seance
I survived the dreaded root canal. My appointment was at 10 AM, and I didn’t get out of there until 1 PM. It was a terrible experience. I ended up having an anxiety attack at one point, and I think that really annoyed the dentist. I could hear it in his voice and how he spoke to me, which made it worse. He didn’t explain anything, and at times he came off as condescending. I’m glad it’s over with. Though there is the fact I need another one in the future as well as my wisdom teeth removed, fortunately(?), I have been referred to an endodontist for those things.
