Page 19 – Submerged
The original title of this page was “Underestimated,” then I changed it to “Overestimated,” and after going back and forth a few times, it finally became “Submerged.” When it comes to page titles, I don’t give them too much thought, so I’m not sure why I kept changing this one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mentioned last week about a road trip I’ll be taking. As of now, it will be around mid-April. My dad and stepmom are taking their camper/travel trailer and visiting family across the country (mainly my stepmom’s family). Their first visit is with me. :D However, I mentioned to my dad in passing before that I would love to see the Rocky Mountains at some point. Well, one of their stops will be Denver, Colorado, and then from there, they will be heading back home to West Virginia. I was asked if I wanted to join them, and of course! It will also allow me time to visit family in WV before returning to Texas. I think I’ll be on the road for almost three weeks, staying at campgrounds along the way. Though I won’t be able to work digitally, I’ll take that time to begin working on Chapter 12’s sketches and layouts. (Paper, markers, and pens!)
My current buffer ends with page 24. The fear of possibly missing updates is becoming real if I can’t finish Chapter 11 before I leave on this trip. 😬 I know I can finish these pages!
