In keeping with a promise to myself to lower stress and not make things “perfect”, I kept Jacklyn’s expression in the third panel as close to the sketch as possible.

I’m still trying to “crack the code” at becoming a comic-making machine. Perhaps I can glean some inspiration from Stjepan Sejic, Mirka Andolfo, and Fiona Staples. The biggest takeaway for me is to relax and have fun. Stop stressing over those stray lines! *continues to bash this thought into my head* So, as this chapter continues on, you may see my art starting to get sketchier or looser or even think, “Does she even care anymore?” I’m gonna have fun, gonna keep this beast in color, gonna reach for that goal of 3 updates a week! Can I do it? I damn well will try my best… Seriously. This is Chapter 9. I’m in the process of writing Chapter 22. -_- Something has to change.

Site note: Someone has offered to reformat my comic for Tapas. It was something I was knocking around in my head for a while now but always talked myself out of it. Anyway, I gave them the original files and wished them good luck.
