I keep catching myself forgetting to draw the bandage on her neck. ;D
I had a small computer crisis for the past week. My USB ports appeared to be losing connection, which sent me to worry about the motherboard failing. I’ve had this iBUYPOWER computer since June, 2019, and it’s held up fairly well. There was the small graphics card issue in the beginning, but that issue was easily solved. (It needed reseated.) But this current issue was something I’ve never experienced before. One of my external SSD kept going offline randomly. I know I probably shouldn’t run programs from drives such as these, but with the limited space on my main SSD, I’ve been switching over to external SSDs to run programs like Twinmotion. Then the computer started to lock up. Everything was running slow and crashing. After unplugging everything from all the USB ports, I think I found the issue. I have a USB hub, and apparently this was the troublemaker. I bought the hub earlier this month, and there had been no problems with it till now. -_- It is an ONN USB 3.0 hub, and I should have done more research before getting it, or at least spent a little more for something better. (I still have my receipt, so returning it should be easy.) After all of this, my computer has returned to normal.
