For those who are familiar with mythology, some may know of this origin myth, or a variation of it. This version was one that always flashed in my head when reading the story.

This page and the next one were supposed to be a single page, but I ended up splitting it after I realized I needed extra time. (Trying my best not to miss another update.) It’s not the backgrounds this time that slowed me down, but rather the details in Amanita’s clothing. Though she’s only seen like this for two pages, I allowed myself to go a little overboard. It’s another reason the original sketch looks different. (I ended up designing everything as I went along.) The placement of the fabric is supposed to resemble the tyet, with the earrings resembling those from Tutankhamun’s tomb.
