It’s time to “sink or swim,” Pepper.

I was going back through my previous chapter and noticed I forgot the shattered mirror in Amanita’s room. 😅 I went back a fixed that small continuity error. Afterwards, I thought, “What if I didn’t catch it and someone else caught the mistake? Then I could reply, ‘Perhaps the mirror only shattered in her mind?'” *spooky-wavy-hands* Interesting idea, but I already made the correction.

Over this past week, I made some changes to the main site. I guess my sister’s unforgiving critique of its layout stayed with me. As of now, I created a Landing Page when going directly to MonsterSoupComic.com, but I then realized that those who go to my site through bookmarks would hate this change. So to those who want a direct link to the newest page:

I did notice that when I made this change to the site, I also seemingly lost access to my Blog, or at least a way to view my homepage since it’s now redirected to the Landing Page. I fumbled my way through PHP and templates to rebuild a new blog page, but that also left me wanting to pull out my hair. At the moment, I can’t get the Comments link to show the amount of comments for each post. Nothing I tried could fix it, but aside from that, the appearance is acceptable. :D

It’s that time of the year again, GARDENING! I skipped the past two years, but this year, I’m going to try my hand at hydroponics. I usually start my seedlings this way, yet with the Texas heat and my unwillingness and laziness to use pesticides, I thought about growing some things completely indoors.

Anyone out there have any good plants for me to try out? I have some Tiny Tim seeds heading my way, so my fingers are crossed on the tomato side of things. (I’ve had terrible luck with tomato plants outdoors. I’m looking at you, sphinx caterpillars. 😡) I want to be able to grow things for my own salads.
